My changes show in Lovable but not on my published site
In the Lovable editor the change is there. On the published site it is not, or the site looks like an old version.

Why it happens
When you publish, Lovable deploys a snapshot of your project to a live address. Changes made afterwards do not affect the live site until they are published again.
Possible causes
- Later changes were never published: Lovable does not publish them automatically, so the live site is still the snapshot from your last publish.
- The latest changes failed to build, so there was nothing new to publish.
- You are looking at a different address than the one customers use: a project can be reachable at its lovable.app address and at each connected domain, and once the primary domain is live, the others redirect to it.
- The custom domain is not live yet, or old records from a previous host still send visitors to the old website.
- On the Free plan, an inactive project may have been unpublished.
You can't see it yourself
You're signed in, your customers aren't. The editor preview updates as you build, so you always see the newest version. Visitors only ever see the last published snapshot.
