ACCEPTABLE USE

What VibeFix may and may not be used for

VibeFix checks a live web app the way a brand-new person would use it, and, if you ask, an AI agent fixes a problem in its code. These rules say what you may use it for. They are part of our Terms of Service. Last updated 29 October 2026.

1. Only apps that are yours, or that you are allowed to test

Point VibeFix only at an app you own, or one whose owner has allowed you to test it and, for a fix, to change its code.

• When you start a check, you tick “It’s my app”. By ticking it you confirm the app is yours or that you have the owner’s permission. If the box is left unticked, no check runs.
• A check really signs up to the app once, as “VibeFix Test”, with a VibeFix test address. So only start a check where creating that test account is allowed.
• A fix changes code. Only ask for a fix on a repository or project you have the right to change.

2. What you may not do

You may not use VibeFix, its AI agent, its results or its connected-AI-tool access to:

• check, sign up to or change an app without its owner’s permission, including a competitor’s app, a client’s app you were not hired to test, or any public site that is not yours;
• probe for security holes, get around a login, paywall or captcha, or reach data you are not allowed to see;
• put heavy load on a site, or try to slow it down or take it offline;
• copy (scrape) other people’s content or personal data;
• send spam, or get the AI agent to email, message or contact anyone. During a check the AI agent is instructed never to email an app’s users;
• test or fix an app that is built to deceive or harm people: phishing, malware, fraud, fake stores, scams, or anything that collects other people’s passwords or payment details under false pretences;
• work on content that is illegal where you or the app’s users are, including sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses, threatens or incites violence against people;
• break the law, or the terms of the platform your app runs on;
• pretend to be someone else, or share, resell or hand over your account or its access to others;
• get around our limits (for example, many accounts to get more free checks), or interfere with the service or other people’s use of it.

3. What we may do

To keep VibeFix safe for everyone, we may:

• refuse to start a check or a fix;
• stop a check or a fix that is running;
• pause or close an account that breaks these rules;
• keep the records we need to show what happened, as set out in the privacy notice.

Other than in an emergency, we will tell you why. If we stop a paid fix under these rules before any work is delivered, we refund it in full.

4. Reporting misuse

If you believe VibeFix was used on your app without your permission, or used to break these rules, write to help@vibe-fixer.com with the app’s address and what happened. A person reads it. We will look into it, and if a check ran on your app without permission, we will tell you what the test account was so you can delete it.

5. Changes

If we change these rules in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and change the date at the top.
